We then have unlimited VPNs, such as ProtonVPN or Hide Me. These are unoptimized for streaming and won’t work with ANY site, including these two but also Netflix, Prime Video, MAX, and others. Free VPNs are troublesome for torrenting, as most forbid any form of P2P traffic.

Speed-wise, they’re poor. Because of overcrowding and outdated 1 Gbps servers, you’ll find free VPNs severely lacking. Streaming requires fast speeds. Otherwise, you’ll end up with frequent loading screens, endless buffering, and other instabilities.
